Lucresan Group is led by Santi Medina, a licensed real estate advisor for the State of Florida, REALTOR and Seller Negotiation Expert, with a master's in hospitality management from Florida International University. Five years in the business, between nine and fifteen transactions closed personally every year, and twelve renovations taken from purchase through to resale.
